What the role involves

Field visits

Travel to the address or institution specified in the brief. GPS check-in confirms your presence at the location.

Photo documentation

Capture timestamped, geotagged photos and video evidence according to the engagement checklist.

Structured reporting

Complete a structured observation report through the inspector portal. Every field has a purpose, and precision matters.

Earn 50% per engagement

Your payout is 50% of the price you agree with the client, paid after the report is delivered and accepted.

What you earn

Clients propose a price when they book; you accept their offer or counter with your own. Every completed engagement pays you 50% of the agreed price, confirmed and locked at the time of completion. Earnings accumulate in your inspector portal. You request payout once you have completed engagements, and we process payment to your registered bank account.
